Announcement- Workforce Readiness Director
Melissa Schroeder and the entire GWHRA board is happy to announce our latest board member, Rebecca Kowall. Becky is assuming the position of Workforce Readiness Director.
A wonderful volunteer opportunity has been offered to me as the Workforce Readiness Director for GWHRA. I am very excited to announce that I have accepted this opportunity and look forward to progressive movement in developing this position.
My objective is to become an advocate, communicator, and educator on the most critical issues facing workplaces & the human resource profession. I will share why, we as professionals, should be concerned with Workforce Readiness and what SHRM & HR’s role is with Workforce Readiness. Additionally, I look forward to the relationship building and partnership opportunities in our community!
I will post information regarding Workforce Readiness on our GWHRA LinkedIn page. I truly hope that you find yourselves interested and take a moment to explore the resources and information I have carefully selected to share. My goal is to share information that will prove to be valuable both personally and professionally for each individual.
