Porsche King is a dynamic and mission-driven HR professional with over 17 years of experience in industries including real estate, non-profit, and government. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for IHDA where she implements and promotes strategic HR initiatives and process throughout the organization. She has been instrumental in transforming the onboarding, training and payroll functions of the organization by enhancing HR systems to maximize efficiency and staff productivity.
A native of Chicago, IL, Porsche has a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also has a Masters in HR Management and an MBA with a concentration in HR both from Keller Graduate School of Management as well as her PHR. Porsche is also a member of SHRM and was recognized as the 2020 Member of the Year for the National Association for African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) - Chicago Chapter.
