    Join us for an update on Labor Market Trends using the most up to date data from Grundy and Will Counties. What is the status of the labor supply and where is labor demand taking it? What does the local salary and benefits data trends suggest for your ability to snag workers?

    Presenter: Mikey McPhail is the Head of Market Intelligence and manages a team of consultants that deliver Global Compensation Analytics, Taxonomy Alignment, and Location Strategy guidance for Fortune 500 clients. Mikey has worked with government officials to identify, analyze, and measure workforce indicators to build a predictive workforce model to forecast shifts in skills availability over a three year period to support economic and development initiatives for city, county, and state departments. Most recently, Mikey developed a Remote Classification Model to support employers evaluation of short and long-term remote workforce optimization strategies.
