Generational Leadership
This highly interactive program gives the tools needed to bridge the generation gap so that your team can do their best and be their best every time, every day! It is the result of interviews and surveys with over 300 people spanning all five of the generations currently working. You!ll hear the voice of each; informing your team how to motivate them, communicate with them, and get along with them.
Specifically, your team will...
- Develop the skills needed to understand each generation and maximize their ability to
effectively deal with conflict as it arises.
- Understand what motivates each generation and maximize productivity.
- Break down communication barriers and “speak the language” of each generation.
