Mario Lambert is a Sr. Executive in Human Capital Management and Workforce Solutions. He is the Director of Sales for Populus Group, a certified minority business that is recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the nation’s fastest growingstaffing companies for the past 3 years. In addition, Mario has served the NAACP for the past 8 years, and in 2011 became President of the DuPage County Branch.  As a certified Leadership & Diversity Trainer, Mario has been a speaker across the nation for Diversity and Inclusion, Strategic Sales, and Leadership Development.

In the professional arena, Mario’s leadership hascreated substantial growth, and national recognition on lists for fastest growing companies.  His proudest accomplishments include helping people achieve far reaching goals and influencing several promotions.

 Mario has helped many of his clients develop a strategy to build an effective team using core principals of diversity & inclusion that have resulted in increased production, improved retention, defined accountability, and year over year increases of employee satisfaction.  Currently, Mario is working with several companies with a Diversity Optimization strategy that improves bottom line results for suppliers, employees, and customers.
