    About the Presenter:  Tracy Spencer is a Recognition Consultant with MTM Recognition.  She assists companies and organizations with recognizing their most valuable asset...  their employees.   During her 16 plus years of experience in the recognition industry, she has seen the evolution of employee engagement.  Her career began in Customer Service, where she was promoted to a team leader position.  This provided a base of the importance of customer satisfaction and knowledge - from working with the end users to the HR professional or top level management.  She recently received her IP (Incentive Professional) designation from the IMA, which further demonstrates her comprehensive understanding of the principles of incentives. 

    She has had the pleasure of working with some recognizable names: Bechtel, Cox Communications, TruGreen, and Metra, along with well-known Illinois Valley companies such as IVCH, Beck Oil Company, Canam Steel, and Illinois Cement Company.

    Tracy resides in Princeton, IL, with her husband and two active children.
