With the changes and challenges facing organizations today both in the private and public sector, workplace enthusiasm is on the decline.  At the very time that we need all our colleagues to be enthusiastic, engaged, and giving discretionary effort, people are hiding, demotivated, and not going the extra mile.

Only 29% of employees are engaged while 26% are actively disengaged.  Disengaged employees combined with a high turnover rate impact your business' productivity, level of innovation, and ultimately the bottom line.

Dale Carnegie has 100 years of expertise in igniting workplace enthusiasm and in this workshop we will show you ways to get people enthused, engaged, and re-motivated.
