Attention all business owners Small or Large:

Virtually every organization will be audited by 2018 and many are not prepared.  The Affordable Care Act, and all its complexities, has added several new compliance regulations which will need to be legislated and ERISA penalties will not be reserved for the most negligent acts.  ERISA can impose penalties of $110 per day per employee for each day an employer fails to meet the requirements of the law, and auditing activity targeted at employers has increased dramatically over 2013 and promises to grow.

The purposes of this discussion is to provide the practical knowledge and procedures which will be needed to keep organizations compliant in 2014.  However, additionally you will learn key strategies regarding how The Affordable Care Act has created opportunities to significantly reduce the cost of health care, without reducing the integrity of your health benefits.

    What will you learn:

    • The actual vs.intended impact of ACA on the group health care marketplace
    • The procedural impact ACA will make on an organization
    • The cost impact of ACA, even considering the “Pay or Play” delay.
    • Employer opportunities created by ACA to reduce costs and streamline plan administration.

    Attendees typically responsible for:

    • Human Resources
    • Finance
    • Corporate Strategy and Growth
