John Aguilar, MBA, BS
John has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, employee benefits, employment law and recruiting. He will share his experience in production efficiencies during various professional assignments. Possessing an Administration (MBA) from Aurora University, he teaches graduate level classes at Benedictine University.
Robert Enriquez. MBA, BS
Robert has over 25 years of experience as Director of International Operations for Fortune Firms. With a BS in Management and MBA in International Operations, he currently helps area companies "bridge the multi-cultural efficiency gap". He will share some examples of improvements in these areas.
