Danielle believes that employees and organizations should never settle for “satisfaction.” She is passionate about creating high-performance organizations and thriving workplaces across the Central U.S., including Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, and Ohio.
Danielle works with clients of all sizes to develop values-driven corporate cultures, inspiring leaders, and employees who are dedicated to not only their career growth but also to the success of their employer. She is equally at ease helping organizations determine the best approaches to their business problems as she is facilitating high-impact leadership development programs. Well-known companies in the airlines/transportation, education, non-profit and manufacturing industries value Danielle’s spirit of partnership and insights.
An engaging speaker, Danielle is comfortable in groups large and small. She involves her audience with questions, stories, and memorable real-life examples. Recent appearances include the Iowa State SHRM Conference, Milwaukee Metro SHRM, Northern Illinois SHRM (NISHRM), Cleveland SHRM, Omaha OD Network and Rockford SHRM conferences. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to employee engagement, leadership, effective coaching for performance and satisfaction, change management and succession planning.
Before joining BlessingWhite, Danielle built a successful career in HR consulting, health care/benefits, marketing strategy, and consulting for non-profits. She holds an MBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison and an undergraduate degree from Miami University (Ohio). In her spare time Danielle can often be found on eight wheels as a skater for the Windy City Rollers derby team. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children and also enjoys touring the European countryside on bicycles with family and friends.
