    -          Local Unemployment Rates have fallen more than 20% from just 12 months ago and Unemployment Rates typically bottom out in September each year

    -          51% of workers are actively looking to leave their current jobs and 73% are open to hearing about new opportunities

    -          Baby Boomers comprise 25%, Gen X 31% & Millennial workers 34% of the labor market today, by 2025 Baby Boomers will only be 8%, Gen X 28%, Millennial 33% and Gen Z 31% of the labor pool

    -          Minimum Wages in the City of Chicago will be at $11.00/hr starting July 1st 2017 and will be at $13.00 by 2019…Cook County Suburbs go to a $10.00/hr minimum wage on  July 1st 2017 and hit $13.00 in 2020.
