Topic:  Positive Psychology in the Workplace

    Presenter:  Tom Kens

As author Bruce Tulgan notes, "There is no doubt, employee attitudes affect productivity, quality, and morale; collegiality, cooperation, and cohesion; employee development; and retention, as well as turnover. Good employee attitudes drive positive results. Bad employee attitudes put a drag on results. That’s a fact proven by study after study."

Our speaker, Tom Kens, is a teacher, author, and professional speaker known for his growing series of positive psychology discussions.  This presentation, titled "Staying Positive in a Negative World", will provide HR Leaders tools, resources, and techniques for reducing stress and increasing engagement in the workplace.
