    Compensation Conversations: Comfort in Confusion

Salary conversations- such as, being challenged on an equity issue, or defending pay practices - can be uncomfortable and difficult for employers.  Pay is personal.  Pay is emotional.  Pay can be polarizing.  Compensation matters, however, need to be discussed with objectivity and frankness.  Join the comp professionals of Management Association as they address difficult pay questions head-on.
