    Michael is a benefits consultant focused on delivering tangible results for his clients. He has a unique process of designing the ideal “blueprint” that will help to achieve the Key Performance Indicators that are most important to them. His clear focus ensures once a strategic plan is put into place, client performance is carefully monitored to ensure success is achieved.

    Michael is a regular speaker on a wide range of industry related topics; including underwriting strategies, health care finance and the Affordable Care Act. His twenty plus years of experience afford him the ability to deliver a client-centric service model supported by best in class actuarial, communications and technology deliverables.

    Michael received his B.S. in 1991 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he studied Economics.

    Michael is the President of the University of Illinois Alumni Association – Chicagoland Chapter, is an active Board member of the Compassion Foundation and enjoys an active lifestyle. He lives in Sugar Grove with his wife and four children, is an avid Chicago Bears fan and follow’s his children wherever their next sporting event takes him.
