IDES Business Solutions:

A brief overview of IDES Business Solutions including resources for employers seeking skilled workers to fill job vacancies.  Information to be presented will include registration and use of the Illinois JobLink System, Veterans Programs, use of local offices for recruitment purposes, Re-Entry Employment Services Programs, Fidelity Bonding, Migrant Seasonal Farm Worker Program, Work Opportunity Tax Credit and provision of Labor Market Information. 

Refusal of Work:

Information on what constitutes a refusal of work and what is needed to correctly protest that issue.  Topics also include able and available to work and how to properly protest unemployment insurance claims and what the employer rights are in regards to those issues.
