    Michael enjoyed a very successful career leading US HR divisions for large, multinational corporations in the manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and retail sectors.  Michael works across all industries and is a recognized expert in organizational development, strategic planning, teambuilding, executive coaching, leadership mediation sessions, interdepartmental conflict mediation, change management, continuous process improvement, performance management, stress management, leadership, customer service, competency development, professional image consulting, influencing/negotiation skills, and leadership reinvention programs.  In fact, Michael has developed and copyrighted innovative programs in organizational culture assessment, personality assessment, and leadership decision-making. Michael’s clients love working with him as he quickly develops customized solutions that bring sustained benefit to the organizations he serves.  Michael has worked across the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia; taught MBA students at a top business school, and is a sought-after speaker for conferences, and executive retreats.
